My Story

For over 20 years, I've been deeply passionate about helping others feel better. As a licensed massage therapist, I've had the privilege of assisting many people in finding relief and relaxation. Some clients have even described my massages as "healing," a compliment that truly humbles me.

However, I’ve come to realize that true healing is a collaborative process. The responsibility of healing ultimately falls on the individual, and active participation in one's own recovery is key.

My path into functional nutrition began with my own health struggles after having children. Diagnosed with gestational diabetes, thyroid issues, and later, pre-diabetes, I was confused. I was eating well, exercising, and taking supplements—but my body wasn’t functioning the way it should. I wondered if it was my age. I was told that losing the baby weight would likely resolve the diabetes, but when that didn’t happen, frustration set in.

The risks of pre-diabetes—heart disease, stroke, cancer, and dementia— took a hold of my mind, and the thought of facing these issues pushed me to search for answers. I was determined not to rely on medication unless absolutely necessary. This frustration led me to study health, wellness, and functional nutrition. It felt like a natural extension of my hands-on approach to healing, allowing me to better understand my own body and ultimately be able to support others with their own health struggles.

Through my own experiences, I’ve seen firsthand how mental and emotional stress can deeply impact the body. I’ve also discovered how powerful diet and lifestyle changes can counteract that stress, improve sleep, and reduce anxiety. Now, it’s my mission to share the knowledge and tools I’ve gained, helping others feel better, improve their overall health, and find greater peace."

Simply stated - Cheyenne Petrelli changed my life.
